Our “Slow Flow” yoga class is perfect for beginners, and those who are looking for slower paced movements.

We gently move through each pose and incorporate breathing techniques to improve flexibility, stretch out sore muscles, and calm the mind.

WEEKEND RESTORE

Whether you need to recover from the week before, or restore for the week ahead, our “Weekend Restore” yoga class is perfect for you.

Join us as we flow through gentle and basic movements to calm the mind and energize the body.

YOGA FIT

Yoga Fit is a moderate to advanced level yoga class, designed to strengthen muscles, build endurance, and increase flexibility and focus.

This faster paced class is perfect for those looking to incorporate a workout into their yoga routine.
