Your Personal Nutrition and Exercise Guide
Our program is a fitness journey where you are guided through every meal and workout on the way.  It includes a customized and totally new workout  sheet each time you  visit Forum Fitness PLUS your very own nutrition program to insure complete and healthy weight loss.  While the workouts activate your entire body, our weekly group meetings will help you control your diet and  nutrition.

A Truly Balanced Diet From Real Foods
A great concept, but in reality, very few people have the knowledge, or time to create a  balanced diet using foods they enjoy.
Nutritional requirements vary due to age, gender, weight, goals, and more. Using current reports from The Institution of Medicine of the National Academies of Science, your current physical situation is used to set your requirements based on these standards. Our program acts like your own private nutritionist to help you create completely balanced meals using your own foods. You are in total control of your goals, your  favorite foods, and your choices.

Our nutrition and diet program creates an amazing new way to look at all foods. In a society focused primarily on counting calories, our program shifts the focus toward balanced nutrition. If you’re tired of diet pills and fad diets this is your answer. Real success comes from balanced nutrition at the correct level of calories from  real healthful foods.

Exercise and Fitness                                
To get started with your exercise program, we'll ask you to provide important information about yourself so that we can design the routine that's right for you. We build your workouts around:

1) Your Fitness Experience Level - To select the exercises and equipment at our fitness center that are appropriate for you.

2) Your Fitness Goals - To design your workouts around what you want to accomplish, e.g.: lose weight, gain strength, increase mass, trim and tone, etc.

3) Your Workout Preference - Including the number of days per week, the amount of time you can spend at the Forum and the exercises and equipment that you prefer.

4) Your Strength Capabilities - Our 6 strength tests determine the correct weight for you on each piece of equipment at our club.

After completing your evaluation your information will be analyzed and  your first workout will be formulated. No more wandering around the gym wondering what to do!
